I know this has nothing to do with weight loss, but one of my favorite times each year is approaching. Today is selection sunday for the NCAA Basketball tournament, and I am stoked. The time of year to fill out brackets, and have the illegal office pools is too much fun. I even look forward to hearing Mike Golic say "Sheet of Integrity" 8000 times between now and this upcoming Thursday. OH my goodness!!!
