For those who are following...
Sorry for not updating the past few weeks. I have been sick, then the family has been sick too. I will get back at it asap. I must say that the P90X is awesome. I have been sick, and have not given it my all due to that, but the times I have worked out, it has kicked my butt. I will be back in full motion on Monday... enjoy the weekend.

New Routine
Today I begin the p90x workout. It appears as though I am not exactly qualified to do this yet, but I passed the fitness test, so I am off. The reason I chose this is because it is portable. The hardest things to working out on the road is you never know what you will get when you get to your hotel. So, if you can bring your workout with you, would that not be better. I guess we will find out in the next 90 days if it really is all I think it is.

Welcome!
The idea of this Blog is to be a place where we can keep up on ideas of how to be healthy, and lose weight while being Road Warriors. I have been traveling for nearly 10 years, and have brought more pounds with me as I go along the way. The search for tips, tricks, and ideas to keep the weight off while being one who eats out a majority of my meals has often left me looking but finding nothing. It is my hope that those who find it share their stories, and thoughts that have worked for them that we all can share in.
